Des Moines Woman Pleads Guilty to Hate Crimes After Intentionally Using Car to Attack Two Children
Nicole Franklin Poole of Des Moines, Iowa has pleaded guilty to hate crimes stemming from a spree in which she ran over two children because of their race.
