Kim Zolciak Biermann says she’s “tired of all the lies and accusations.”
Kim’s most recent Instagram post features another black and white photo of herself and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann. The caption, seemingly a response to the push back her last, since deleted, post about Kroy received.
Earlier this week, Kim posted the photo of her and Kroy together with the hashtag “RIP.” Many jumped to the conclusion that something happened to Kroy, even their daughter Ariana.

Shortly after Kim made the post, Ariana responded with a video on TikTok. “Guys, I about had a heart attack when I got on my Instagram,” Ariana admitted.
“I physically don’t have any words,” she continued, clearly in a panic. “Like what?”
Ariana continued saying she didn’t even know about her mom’s Instagram post until she saw several direct messages her followers sent her. “What would you do in this situation,” Ariana asked her TikTok followers.
“Secondhand embarrassment stays through the roof,” Ariana admitted. “Let’s see what is coming next week. I love you, but I just, my heart! Like no.”
Now, Kim is seemingly hitting back with a statement of her own. On Instagram she wrote, “I am TIRED OF ALL THE LIES and ACCUSATIONS. EVERY DAY it’s always something new. I’m tired of so much BS being thrown my way. So you want to know ‘what died?’ Here’s the truth.”
In the article her bio points to, Kim said, “So everyone in the world, it seems, is talking about my post yesterday. Let’s be clear— at no point did I claim Kroy was dead nor did I allude to that.”
“In fact, I used a picture of BOTH of us and said #RIP — and, frankly, the end of my relationship was like a death of sorts so #RIP to that.”
“And the story it linked to also had nothing to do with Kroy dying,” Kim continued. “The story was a tribute to many we’ve lost this past year. And yes my relationship was lost too so it seemed fitting.”
“People also need to get serious. Do you actually think if Kroy died—even with all of the issues we’ve had—my first instinct would be to go to my Instagram and post #LinkInBio with his pic and #RIP attached?”
Kim added that “anyone who knows me—including my dear fans—know that I’d have more tact and class and compassion than that.”
“The moral of the story is people need to learn how to read and not jump to conclusions,” she concluded. “To reiterate- Kroy is alive and well and did NOT DIE nor did I ever say he has died. And that’s that.”
